Refund Policy

At Infozion Technologies LLP, we take pride in delivering high-quality IT services, including software development, web design, digital solutions, and related services. Our commitment is to ensure client satisfaction with every project we undertake.

However, as a service-based company, we follow a strict No Refund Policy once the service has been delivered, commenced, or milestones have been mutually approved.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

• Payments made for consulting, development, design, digital marketing, or any other service are non-refundable once the work has been initiated.
• If a client wishes to cancel a service request before project initiation, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Infozion Technologies LLP, after deducting applicable administrative or resource allocation charges.
• Custom software development, digital solutions, or any milestone-based project payments are non-refundable after work has been started or delivery has been partially or fully made.
• For recurring services (like hosting, maintenance, support), cancellation must be requested at least 15 days in advance before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be processed for payments already made for such services.
